I'm Owen.
I have a background in rugby, a bsc in sport & exercise science, over ten years of gym experience and A PASSION FOR HELPING OTHERS REACH THEIR POTENTIAL.
WORKING A STRESSFUL SALES JOB IN LONDON, I WAS JugglING long hours, a NEW puppy and the chaos of London life,
I'm well versed in the struggles of WORKING A demanding ROLE (and had the love handles to prove it).
AFTER DECIDING TO TAKE MY FITNESS MORE SERIOUSLY IN 2023, I LOST TWO AND A HALF STONE, ADDED SIGNIFICANT MUSCLE MASS, DRASTICALLY IMPROVed MY WELL BEING whilst STILL ENJOYING A NORMAL BALANCED LIFE.
THIS DID NOT COME WITHOUT ITS CHALLENGES AND SO NOW I combine my personal experience with my theoretical knowledge to help others do the same.
The nature of demanding roles
Do you work a demanding role which leaves you wishing there was more hours in a day?
Most normal people play various demanding roles in their life.
This could be a stressful corporate job, a physically demanding profession or a demanding personal role (mother/father).
Where we go wrong
This can lead you into creating habits which prevent you from prioritising your health and fitness.
Throw an attempt at a social life in the mix and achieving your dream physique can seem impossible,
The missing piece of the puzzle
You know what you need to do to make progress, so just do it?
Unfortunately that’s not the case.
If it was, you wouldn’t be here and we would all look like fitness models.
Achieving your goals is simple BUT far from easy.
MY Philosophy
My philosophy as a coach directly tackles this issue.
Individualisation.
We each have millions of variables that form who we are as an individual: genetics, upbringing, occupation, personal responsibilities etc.
This is why generic advice you find online doesn’t work effectively for the masses.
The power of consistency
I’m not denying there are key fundamentals to making progress in this game, there is.
but the key to sustainable change is finding techniques that work FOR YOU CONSISTENTLY.
Once you crack this, moving forward feels effortless and even allows you to enjoy it.
